AMBASSADOR PROGRAMME

We want our teams to be passionate, motivated and able to communicate positively with our clients and the Ambassador Programme, our in-salon training programme, is all about acheiving those ideals. The training helps each member of our staff to understand how to communicate confidently and provide clients with a "total experience". The programme is based on regular meetings and we allocate time from our busy schedule to ensure that it is consistently carried out.
